Overview
Our Microsoft Practice is currently experiencing unprecedented growth! As a key member of the Attain Microsoft Practice this position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in further building our Microsoft capabilities, be adept at crafting Microsoft solutions for customers and have the charisma and acumen to encourage customers to engage Attain in the design, implementation, and support of their Microsoft solutions.

As a member of the Attain Technologies team you will be responsible designing the solution architecture, implementation of the solution, knowledge transfer to the client staff, and any necessary post-implementation support. Our Architects have great consulting, technical, verbal/written, and presentation skills. On each client engagement you will be responsible for producing, presenting, and delivering professional infrastructure architecture, implementation strategy, and testing plan document during the engagement and combine them into a single project deliverable at the conclusion of the engagement.

Detailed Description
• Build and nurture business partnerships and strategic alliances with Microsoft and other complementary organizations
• Develop go to market strategies, campaigns and solution offerings consistent with the goals, objectives, and visions of our Microsoft Practice
• Assist the Attain sales team(s) with client opportunity qualification, information gathering, solution proposals and presentations, and deal closure
• Upon being awarded project, this person will then have both the responsibility and authority for all aspects of solution delivery and post-delivery support
• Work in concert with other Microsoft Practice sub-practices, e.g. Custom Development, Integration Services, etc. by encouraging a collaborative and collective approach

Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience of 3-5 years with designing and architecting Microsoft advanced SharePoint, Microsoft Office, information worker and other productivity solutions
• Proven experience in .NET (C++, C#, VB, and ASP.NET)
• Proven experience in SharePoint, MS Office integration and custom development, InfoPath, and BizTalk
• Proven experience with Microsoft Security initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Current MCSE/MCP Certifications preferred
• References will be required and requested for all design, migration and upgrade projects
• Ability to apply technical knowledge to perform all functions
• Proven effective sales and customer service techniques with excellent communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem solving techniques
• Ability to work as a proactive, resourceful, cooperative and respectful team member
